Additionally, I am a certified SYMBIS facilitator, offering marriage counseling that equips couples with the tools to strengthen their relationships.

Kayla O'Riley, LPC

Hi, I’m Kayla! I specialize in working with children, teens, and adults, ages 5 to 40, to help them navigate the complexities of mental health. The journey toward healing can often feel like a long, winding road, and I truly believe that seeking counseling is one of the bravest steps someone can take. Although the road may have its share of detours and obstacles, my goal is to be there to support you through life’s greatest challenges.

I use a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Christian-based therapy, Play and Music Therapy, Art Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy. Hi, I’m Gloria! With over 30 years of experience in the mental health and addiction counseling fields, I specialize in providing teletherapy services to individuals, teens, and couples. My approach combines my extensive education and hands-on experience in inpatient and outpatient mental health, addiction counseling, and clinical supervision to offer a comprehensive, empathetic approach to therapy.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working in various settings, including intensive inpatient and outpatient care, private practice, and more. I’m dedicated to providing quality mental health and addiction treatment to those seeking help, and I strive to create a safe, supportive environment for healing and growth.

I work with clients facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, grief, addiction, trauma, personality disorders, crisis counseling, and relationship struggles. Hope Bowhay, M.Ed., is a senior graduate student at Liberty University completing her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She also holds a master's degree in education. Hope has spent her career supporting individuals through life’s challenges and advocating for personal and professional growth. She brings this same passion into her counseling work, offering clients a safe, and compassionate space to be heard and supported.
She values a client-centered approach, meeting individuals where they are and partnering with them to achieve meaningful goals. Her areas of interest include stress management, life transitions, and personal growth.
Hope is bilingual in English and Spanish, allowing her to connect with and serve clients from diverse cultural backgrounds. She also draws on her global perspective, having traveled to nearly 30 countries, which enhances her ability to provide culturally sensitive care.  She is honored to walk alongside clients as they discover their strengths, build resilience, and move toward greater wellness. As a Master's level Intern therapist at Coastal Haven Counseling, Hope works under the supervision of a licensed clinical supervisor Sandra Quast, LPCS.
